1. Service Agreement

By booking a repair or establishing a maintenance agreement with A-Repair Solutions, you agree to these terms. We strive to provide timely, professional service for all commercial and residential appliances in the Greater Seattle and Tacoma areas.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and live dispatch routing. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we request a minimum of 24 hours' notice to allow us to route our technicians to other businesses or neighbors in need.

3. Billing and Net-30 Terms

Residential repairs require payment upon completion of service. For approved B2B commercial partners and property management firms, we offer Net-30 invoicing terms. Failure to remit payment within the agreed timeframe may result in a suspension of priority dispatch services.

4. Warranties

We stand behind our work. Parts and labor provided by A-Repair Solutions are covered by a limited warranty. This warranty does not cover future unrelated breakdowns, user negligence, or appliances subjected to use beyond their intended design specifications.
